Lac Courte Oreilles Wills Event

Judicare Legal Aid will be at the LCO Tribal Government  Building in Hayward to help Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Members 18 yrs & older with Wills, Powers of Attorney (Health & Finance), and/or other end-of-life documents for FREE. Wednesday & Thursday September 10 & 11, 2025 9 AM - 5 PM (by appointment only) at Tribal Government Bldg Peter Larson Room 13394 W. Trepania Rd Hayward, WI  54843

Appointments are in high demand. We therefore ask that you call us ASAP if you are unable to make your appointment.

The process to make an appointment is:

1. Request REQUIRED forms from Beth Shampo at bshampo@judicare.org or (715) 847-4526 or from Alison Cuddy at alison.cuddy@lco-nsn.gov or (715) 558-7942.
2. Return completed forms to Beth by email or fax to (715) 841-1010, or give forms to Alison Cuddy by email or fax to (715)865-3377.
3. Beth will contact you to schedule your appointment AFTER she receives your forms
