The Milwaukee Justice Center (MJC) family forms clinic offers in-person services at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to a high demand for services and limited volunteer capacity, they cannot guarantee all clients will be seen.

How to Get Service

Assistance is on a first come, first served basis. The MJC is located on the ground floor of the Courthouse near the Wells Street security checkpoint.

Other Eligibility

The significant majority of services at the MJC do not have income limits. For clients looking for assistance with Part 2 of the divorce process, the MJC can only assist those who make under $7,000.00 a month. MJC services are only for those without an attorney and who are Milwaukee County residents or have Milwaukee County cases.
