Aging and Disability Resource Center of Sheboygan County

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Sheboygan County has two Benefit Specialists who can provide information and assistance regarding benefits and programs. The Disability Benefit Specialist is available to assist those individuals between the ages of 18 – 59. The Elderly Benefit Specialist is available to assist those individuals who are age 60 and older. The Benefit Specialists also act as advocates for those individuals who are applying for or receiving benefits from Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid.

How to Get Service

Individuals may call or stop in Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to receive assistance.  Home visits may also be scheduled by appointment.

Other Eligibility

You can see a Disability benefit specialist if you:

  • Are between the ages of 18-59
  • Have a disability
  • Live in Wisconsin

You can see an Elder benefit specialist if you:

  • Are 60 or older
  • Live in Wisconsin
