Aging and Disability Resource Center of Outagamie County

The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Outagamie County provides current information on private and public benefits and programs. This includes assisting individuals who have benefit questions or need help with applying for FoodShare, BadgerCare Plus, Medical Assistance, Medicare, Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or other benefit needs. ADRC Benefit Specialists help to sort through the maze of benefits, varying eligibility requirements and application processes. The ADRC staffs an Elder Benefit Specialist serving county residents 60 years and older and Disability Benefit Specialists serving disabled consumers 18 to 59 years. Benefit Specialist appointments are encouraged.
