Fees
The cost of a half-hour consultation is $75.00.
Civitas requires a minimum of ten (10) hours of work to be paid at the start of a case as an advanced fee. Clients then pay for additional work on a monthly payment plan or as otherwise discussed with their attorney.
Civitas bills clients hourly using federal income guidelines. While the average hourly rate for an attorney can cost around $250 per hour, Civitas's hourly rate depends on your income and ranges from $100 to $200 per hour. The rate will be discussed during your consultation.
