The Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic (MVLC) for Small Business and Nonprofits offers brief legal advice on a wide variety of small business and nonprofit law matters, including, but not limited to, entity formation; finance and lending; insurance claims and coverage; commercial leases and contracts; taxes; labor and employment; real estate; commercial debtor/creditor; and regulatory compliance. It takes place by zoom or phone on Thursdays from 11:30 - 1:30.
To attend clinics on Zoom or phone you must:
- Be able to receive text messages.
- Be able to join the clinic by calling or joining a Zoom link.
